The Annual Curt Schafer Memorial Lecture is a collaboration between the Architecture Program in The Design School at Arizona State University, in partnership with the Arizona Architecture Foundation. Each year, a distinguished architect or designer is invited to Arizona to present their work and design ideas. The event brings together students, professionals and community members to engage in discussion about architecture and the built environment.

This year's lecture will feature architect Alberto Kalach, who will present selected projects and reflections on architecture’s relationship to landscape, infrastructure and the city.

  • 5:30 PM – reception
  • 6:00 PM –Featured lecture followed by discussion and a Q/A session.

This event is open to students, faculty, professionals and members of the public.
