The 2nd Annual Downtown Thesis Conference brings together students and faculty from across disciplines and ASU campuses. Thesis projects straddle fields including, education, healthcare, law, journalism, performance, storytelling, and fashion. Student projects range from research papers to documentaries to fully developed training courses and creative works ready to publish. The students presenting have worked together in a year-long cohort directed by Dr. O’Flaherty. The projects each have second readers, all experts in their fields. The second readers represent faculty and staff from ASU as well as local business owners, non-profit leaders and community advocates.
