Adobe Creative Cloud: Developing accessible templates in InDesign
Discover how to build accessible, reusable document templates in Adobe InDesign. This workshop focuses on designing templates that embed accessibility from the start — saving time while promoting consistency and inclusion across academic and administrative materials. Learn how to structure documents with headings and logical reading order, apply accessible type and color, and export as accessible PDFs. You’ll leave ready to apply inclusive design principles to syllabi, handouts and reports.

- Understand core accessibility requirements for InDesign documents.
- Build structured templates using styles, headings and reading order.
- Apply accessible typography and color contrast best practices.
- Prepare files for export as accessible PDFs.
