Adobe Express: Creating accessible video and audio
Develop the skills to produce short, accessible videos using Adobe Express. You’ll learn inclusive multimedia practices that support diverse hearing, language and cognitive needs. Explore how accurate captions, clear narration and thoughtful pacing enhance engagement and understanding for every learner. No prior video‑editing experience is needed. These practices benefit all learners—not only those using accommodations—and apply to online, hybrid and in‑person teaching contexts.
What you’ll learn
- Understand the role of captions in accessible and inclusive learning.
- Create and edit accurate captions using Adobe Express.
- Apply best practices for clear, inclusive audio narration.
- Design visuals that support comprehension and reduce cognitive load.
- Evaluate instructional videos for accessibility and usability across learning environments.
