AI Creative Fusion: From Video to Transcripts and Objectives

This 50-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.

This workshop will be held online. The use of automated bots, AI assistants, or other meeting recording devices is prohibited without the prior approval of event coordinators.

Learn how to transform instructional media into effective teaching materials using AI tools from ASU’s Learning Design Suite. In this session, participants will use the “AI Transcription Tool” to generate accurate transcripts from video content and apply the “Learning Objectives Creator” to convert those transcripts into clear, outcomes-aligned objectives.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Generate accurate transcripts from video content using the AI Transcription Tool.
• Use the Learning Objectives Creator to convert transcripts into clear and outcomes-aligned learning objectives.
• Apply an AI-supported workflow to streamline instructional design tasks.
• Integrate resulting objectives into course materials or learning experiences.

Target Audience: ASU Educators and Designers.
