ASU Employee Wellness 2025: Flu shots

Don’t let the flu invade ASU! Throughout the month of October, ASU employees eligible for benefits can receive a free flu shot as part of the employee wellness program. Employees not eligible for benefits can receive a regular flu vaccine for $50 and high dose for seniors for $85. Cash, checks and cards are accepted. HIP participants can earn 500 points.

Schedule a flu shot appointment and bring the following:

• ASU Sun Card.
• Campus ID number – 99, you can find it in your MyASU profile.
• Flu shot consent form.
• Valid Arizona state-issued employee health insurance card.
