ASU Employee Wellness 2026: MOM - Polytechnic

 Mobile On-site Mammography by SimonMed will be at the Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Polytechnic and West Valley campuses April 14–16. MOM’s professional staff uses the latest 3-D digital technology for early breast cancer detection. 

What to bring:

• -Doctor’s name and address.
• -Insurance card.
• -Previous mammogram location.

Mammograms are recommended for adults 35–40 and annually for those over 40. Most insurance plans cover annual mammograms after age 40.
