Explore how sleep directly shapes productivity, daily functioning and overall success in both personal and professional contexts. This presentation will include evidence-based sleep recommendations and practical strategies for developing consistent routines and engaging in positive sleep behaviors to support improved rest and well-being.  

 

Karen Aguilar is a clinical psychology PhD student in the department of psychology at ASU. Karen earned a bachelor of arts in psychology and Spanish from Colgate University. Her research highlights the intersections of stress and sleep and how culture may influence these associations within Latinx youth. She is currently conducting clinical work as a residential therapist at the ASU Clinical Psychology Center and at The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Center of Arizona.
