ASU Portfolio: Creating Templates

This 50-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.

This workshop will be held online. The use of automated bots, AI assistants, or other meeting recording devices is prohibited without the prior approval of event coordinators.

ASU Portfolio templates streamline creation and ensure consistency across courses and programs. In this session, participants will learn how Template Administrators can design, customize and share templates that support student learning and enhance academic collaboration.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Describe the role of templates within ASU Portfolio and how they support consistent learning experiences.
• Create and customize templates as a Template Administrator to support program or course-level needs.
• Share templates with faculty, staff, or students and manage template availability.
• Apply best practices for designing templates that enhance usability, clarity, and academic collaboration.

Target Audience: ASU Educators and Designers.

• An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.
