ASU Portfolio: Templates

This 50-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.

This workshop will be held online. The use of automated bots, AI assistants, or other meeting recording devices is prohibited without the prior approval of event coordinators.

Portfolio templates simplify the creation process and promote consistency. In this session, participants will explore how Template Administrators can create, customize and share ASU Portfolio templates to support students, courses and academic programs.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Explain the purpose and benefits of using templates in ASU Portfolio.
• Gain access and begin working as a Template Administrator.
• Use help text to support student reflection and engagement.
• Create and customize portfolio templates.

Target Audience: ASU Educators and Designers.

• Participants will attend remotely via Zoom (a link to Zoom room will be emailed the morning of the training).
• An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.
• Please register using your ASU email.
• Time is based on Arizona time.
