Building Your Research Presence: Increasing Visibility and Discoverability (Proposal Development Workshop)

Your research can only create opportunities if the right people can find it—and if you can find the people and resources you need to succeed. This workshop explores how to strengthen your public presence and communicate the importance of your work through research storytelling using clear, accessible language. We will introduce best practices for internal visibility such as ASU Search profiles and lab websites, and discuss the impact of leveraging digital and social media to build your research brand. We also practice what we preach by helping ASU become more discoverable to new researchers. We will introduce research resources to identify collaborators, core facilities, and support services so you leave with practical strategies to increase your visibility, build collaborations, and better leverage ASU's research ecosystem for future funding success.

Open Q&A to follow the presentation.
