AI Basics to Breakthroughs: From Curious to Confident
Designed for faculty and instructional staff at all comfort levels, this session invites participants to choose a Basics or Intermediate breakout session to build presentation materials using AI tools. Through guided steps, attendees move from raw ideas to structured content and polished visual design, simplifying the entire creation process. In the Basics breakout, participants create simple, effective presentations using Adobe Express, working with templates and layouts to design with clarity and confidence. In the Intermediate breakout, participants use curated content in NotebookLM to generate presentation materials and export to Google Slides for refinement and editing. Participants will leave with practical workflows they can apply immediately.
This workshop will help attendees:
- Design structured presentation content from raw ideas using guided AI workflows
- Construct polished slide decks by applying templates and visual design tools in Adobe Express
- Integrate and adapt AI generated presentation content from NotebookLM into Google Slides for refinement and delivery
Target Audience: Faculty, instructors, staff and teaching assistants who are interested in exploring technologies supported at Enterprise Technology and strategies for creating engaging experiences for their students.
