Speakers


Gina Riley is an executive career consultant known for transforming how individuals approach job searches and career transitions. She has nearly a decade of experience in corporate human resources at Intel and additional experience as an executive search consultant for Talence Group, where she led searches for CEOs, COOs, and CFOs across a range of industries. Riley developed the Career Velocity™ framework, an action-driven career transition model that helps executives and experienced professionals navigate advancement with clarity and purpose.


She is a two-time DisruptHR speaker and a recognized thought leader in career strategy, leadership development, and professional storytelling. Riley holds a master’s degree, is a certified YouMap® coach, and has extensive expertise in behavioral interview techniques. Kaylee Peffers is a talent acquisition specialist and Filtration Ambassador at MANN+HUMMEL, where she leads recruitment initiatives across the Americas and supports global employer-brand visibility. She serves as president of both the ASU Houston Alumni Chapter and the ASU Online Alumni Chapter, overseeing community engagement, professional development programs, and chapter-wide leadership initiatives.


Peffers holds dual bachelor’s degrees in sociology and anthropology from Arizona State University. She is recognized for her work advancing inclusive hiring strategies, guiding cross-functional OKR initiatives, and building high-impact alumni programming. Her leadership focuses on creating spaces for connection, mentorship, and professional growth within the Sun Devil community.
