COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics - Polytechnic Campus

ASU Employee Health, in partnership with Alberstons/Safeway, will provide the new monovalent COVID-19 vaccine to ASU employees and their covered dependents at various ASU Greater Phoenix locations. Both Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevas) are available to participants 12 years and older. The CDC recommends receiving the vaccine at least 2 months after your last COVID dose.

Participants will need to bring their medical and prescription insurance cards. You may complete the consent and release form electronically through the online scheduler. Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins are welcomed.
