COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics - Polytechnic Campus

ASU Employee Health, in partnership with Albertsons and Safeway, will provide Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax) vaccinations to ASU employees and their covered dependents 12 years and older. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends receiving the vaccine at least two months after your last COVID-19 dose. 

Participants will need to bring their medical and prescription insurance cards. You may complete the consent and release form electronically through the online scheduler. Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins are welcomed.
