Garden Commons Volunteer Event

The ASU Community is invited to learn more about urban gardening at the ASU Garden Commons located at the Polytechnic Campus. Garden Commons maintains a community garden with 16 raised beds and and orchard with over 20 fruit trees. During the volunteer event participants will help with miscellaneous garden tasks including planting, harvesting, weeding, compost and seed starting. We ask that all volunteers be prepared for outdoor work and wear closed toed shoes. This includes wearing appropriate clothing (hat, long sleeves) and bringing a reusable water bottle. We have work gloves and tools.
