Thinking about presenting your research? Get expert help from ASU librarians in a free workshop series designed to help you prepare standout proposals and posters. Learn how to choose a conference, submit a strong proposal, design a powerful poster and make the most of your time at the 2026 American Association for the Advancement of Science Annual Meeting in Phoenix.
Whether it’s your first time submitting to a conference or you want to improve your skills, these workshops will get you conference-ready. Open to all majors — especially students in STEM and social sciences.
You’ve submitted your proposal, now what? This second workshop will focus on planning your poster, recommendations for software, and poster design elements.
The online sessions will be recorded and sent to all registered participants.
