Leadership Beyond the Resume

This interactive workshop challenges common assumptions about leadership and explores the qualities that distinguish effective public leaders. Through reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities, participants will examine how leadership emerges through responsibility, initiative, and service — not simply titles or positions. Open to all students interested in developing their leadership capacity, regardless of prior experience.
