Join Lisa Tokatch, also known as The Yoga Witch, for a welcoming, all-levels vinyasa yoga class designed for beginners, experienced yogis and everyone in between.

This one-hour class is tailored to the people in attendance, with variations, amplifications and modifications offered throughout. No two classes are ever the same, allowing participants to move at their own pace while building strength, flexibility and confidence in a supportive environment.

Lisa brings more than 10 years of teaching experience and a warm, inclusive approach to every class. Her teaching style moves away from rigid or intimidating studio structures and instead creates space for participants to show up authentically, without comparison or pressure.

Come as you are, bring your mat and make a little magic through movement.

Suggested note for attendees

  • Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing for movement. All experience levels are welcome.
  • For ages 18+
