LATHA, led by Evelia Davis, is Swahili for flavor and celebrates Africa and the diaspora’s rich and diverse cuisines. The menu honors the interconnected journey of the foodways and culture of Africa, Brazil, the Caribbean, and the Southern US. Evelia is passionate about creating experiences for herself and others that celebrate, discover, connect, and empower Africa and the diaspora. Evelia believes in creating an inclusive space for the collective to celebrate and experience the food, drink, and culture that empowers them to shape our narrative. It takes a collective!✨🍽️
