MOM: Mobile on-site Mammograms USB Tempe

One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. If detected early, nearly all breast cancer can be treated successfully. Assured Imaging will be onsite at the University Services Building at the Tempe campus on Thursday, April 18 from 8-–11 a.m. offering 3D mammogram screenings for breast cancer.   

Women are eligible for a digital mammogram screening if they:

• Are at least 40 years of age

• Have no current breast symptoms or complaints.

• Have not had a mammogram in the past year.

Women between the ages of 35 and 39 can receive one baseline mammogram screening without a doctor’s order.

All major insurances accepted — no referral needed for annual mammogram screening. All results are sent to the patient primary care physician and patient. Please bring a picture ID and insurance card to your appointment.
