MVP Virtual Workout: Breathing, Breathwork and Laughter (Salute to Service)

Event description

  • Free
  • Health and wellness
  • Open to the public

Join Merging Vets and Players (MVP) and ASU for a virtual breathwork class! This event is open to family and friends, too. Breathwork is a type of exercise that involves consciously controlling your breathing to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual health. The fundamental concept of breathwork is to expel toxins and stress with each exhale while revitalizing your mind and body with every inhale. After doing the breathwork, there will be some time to talk and share in some laughter.

This virtual session is specifically designed by vets for vets (and their families).
