Kickstart 2025 with a resolution that sticks! Learn how to set realistic nutrition goals and adopt sustainable eating habits in this workshop led by Nutrition Science graduate students from the College of Health Solutions. Discover the benefits of whole foods, how to read nutrition labels effectively, and meal planning and prepping strategies that fit into a busy lifestyle. Participants will also explore the psychological aspects of eating and share tips to maintain motivation throughout the year.
