POP: Take a Stand against Prostate Cancer

The State of Arizona now offers free prostate cancer screenings for benefits-eligible male employees age 40 and older or younger with a history of prostate cancer in their families. The mobile medical unit provides 15-minute appointments at your workplace.

Appointments are required. Call 480-964-3013 to schedule an appointment. These screenings are available to the public. Accepted insurance includes BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Humana and Health Net. Medicare is not accepted. Prostate screening costs $81 for the uninsured.

What to bring to your appointment:

1. United Healthcare or Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ members: Bring your insurance cards.
2. Retired benefit options members: Bring your benefit options cards and employee number.
