ASU Research Computing, a core research facility of the Knowledge Enterprise Research Technology Office (RTO), invites you to join our "R on the Supercomputer" workshop.
This workshop introduces best practices for running R workflows on ASU Research Computing systems. Participants will explore profiling and benchmarking techniques to better understand and improve application performance, while also learning how to submit R jobs to the supercomputer using batch submissions, parameter sweeps, and Slurm job arrays. The session is designed to help researchers run R workflows more efficiently and effectively in a high performance computing environment.
