The goal of this workshop will be to train researchers, research staff, students, and others interested on the basic concepts of collecting and managing data using REDCap, a free platform for online database development with robust survey capabilities. Introductory-level concepts covered include project collaboration, data coding, instrument development, branching logic, database designs, and survey functionality.

 

REDCap is a secure web application for building and managing online databases with robust survey capabilities. The Research Technology Office hosts open office hours to answer new and existing users' general questions, troubleshoot any system issues, offer general guidance on existing functions, and highlight new and upcoming features. ASU faculty, staff, and students are all invited to join,
