While society often glorifies "Hustle Culture", it is important to redefine success in a way that prioritizes our well-being. In this workshop, participants will learn practical tools and strategies to combat the toxic effect of Hustle Culture in the areas of financial literacy, mental wellness and maintaining an appropriate work-life harmony.

About the Workshop Presenters

Eric Christus joined Dundas Wealth Management in 2022 as Vice President. Prior to joining Dundas Wealth Management, he was a Vice President of Investments at First Financial Equity Corporation (FFEC) in Scottsdale, Arizona. He entered the financial services business with Mass Mutual MML, Inc. and worked several years in Scottsdale as an Investment Advisor Representative and Financial Advisor. Christus holds a Master's in Business Administration from Marquette University, a Bachelor’s in Business from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and is licensed professionally (Series 6, 63, 65).

Dr. Jillian McManus is Executive Director of Wellbeing in the Office of Human Resources providing oversight to the Employee Assistance Office, Employee Wellness program, and the Community Resource Navigator. McManus has a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health. Her clinical expertise includes individual and family counseling, health management/health psychology, training, workplace behavior consultations, and transitions management utilizing a holistic approach to intervention. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker with the Arizona Board of Behavior Health Examiners.

Stephen Marshall is the Crisis & Consultation Specialist of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He has a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. He has a professional membership at Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. His professional interests include Individual Counseling, Crisis and Critical Incident Stress Management, Community Outreach, Training, and Education.
