Soul Magnet Beneath the Limestone

Event description

  • Arts and entertainment

Written by Dane Futrell

Crow is the new barback at the ominous Limestone Speakeasy, a storied bar that keeps alcoholics of all kinds coming back and buried deep beneath. While earnest and vulnerable, Crow remains open to manipulative "lessons" from former employee Leek, who drunkenly boasts his formidable tolerance while relentlessly downing shots of Jack Daniels. Leek and Crow fantasize about nightmares, filtered water, and the tantalizing bar manager, Tess, until she brings her new boyfriend Josh to the Limestone to meet her unique work family. As tensions rise, the jagged consequences of drunken manipulation erupt in various forms.

Content transparency: "Soul Magnet Beneath the Limestone" includes depictions of violence, adult language and alcoholism.
