Free Yoga 2x per week* at Sun Devil Stadium!
Select Saturday morning Live + Livestreamed Class @ 9:30 a.m.—10:30 a.m.
Select Tuesday evening Live Class @ 6 p.m.—7 p.m.
ASU 365 Community Union presents free hour-long yoga classes led by a rotating cast of local instructors.
Classes are open to the public and all-levels are invited to practice, whether you are a beginner or expert. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, water and a towel.
Guests can register all at once for all classes in the season, then plan to check-in at each live class.
Live + Livestream classes will broadcast on Saturdays only via ASU 365 Community Union's Youtube Channel.
