Three Sisters Planting Event

Join us at West Valley Gardens for a hands-on Three Sisters Planting Event, featuring ASU Farm, West Valley Gardens and American Indian Student Support Services.

This hands-on event will guide participants in planting corn, beans, and squash using the traditional Zuni Waffle method, an Indigenous agricultural practice rooted in sustainability and community knowledge.

This event offers an opportunity to learn about Indigenous food systems, sustainable farming practices, and community-based gardening while actively contributing to the garden space.

All experience levels are welcome.
