Join us for an engaging screening of 'The M Factor 2: Before the Pause' and expert-led Q&A focused on women's health and wellness across every phase of life.
This event will bring together medical specialists and community experts to discuss important topics, including hormonal health, infertility, menstrual health, menopause, and overall well-being. Connect with fellow women in a supportive space designed to encourage open conversation, education, and empowerment.
Panelists
Sarah Bahsas

Sarah Bahsas is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care at her direct primary care clinic in Tempe. After receiving her medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela and completing her residency at Temecula Valley Hospital in California, she pursued additional training as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) through The Menopause Society. Her professional interests center on primary care, women’s health, and menopause management. When she isn't caring for patients, Dr. Bahsas enjoys spending time with her husband, an Arizona State alumnus and Army veteran, and their two children.
Liz Brinkman
Liz Brinkman, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and owner of On the Brink Nutrition in Phoenix, Arizona. She specializes in helping adolescents and adults build a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies through a weight-inclusive, evidence-based approach. Liz has extensive experience supporting individuals through life transitions, including menopause, perimenopause, and eating disorder recovery. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Be Body Positive Licensed Facilitator, she is passionate about helping people nourish themselves without guilt, restriction, or diet culture. Liz believes nutrition should support health, resilience, and quality of life while honoring each person's unique experiences, preferences, and goals
Leigh Lewis
Leigh Lewis has nearly 25 years of clinical experience helping patients navigate the complex relationship between hormones, physical health, and mental well-being, with a specialized focus on perimenopause and menopause. Her unique background includes experience in community mental health, medical training at Bastyr University, and advanced postgraduate specialization in integrative women's health.
A Certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society since 2011, Dr. Lewis has also completed extensive postgraduate training in reproductive mental health through Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Women's Mental Health and Postpartum Support International. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, personalized care that empowers patients through education, prevention, and informed decision-making.
Lewis is a strong advocate for accessible healthcare and reproductive rights and is committed to providing compassionate, inclusive care for all people experiencing menopausal symptoms, including transgender men. Outside of her practice, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, cycling, gardening, cooking, hiking with her dog, and traveling with her husband.
