Youth participant registration system - Youth Protection Program

ASU launched the Youth Protection Program on Nov. 3, 2025. To support its rollout, the Youth Protection Program Office is hosting biweekly training sessions on various youth safety topics.

It is recommended that departments and individuals who work with minors attend these training sessions. 

This session will provide an overview of the university’s new youth participant registration system for youth activity managers. Attendees will learn how to: 

• Access and navigate the system
• Submit a request to the Youth Protection Program Office to set up their participant registration form. 
• Request and establish an Authorize.net account for collecting participant payments. 
• Streamline overall youth program management

Topics covered in this training session include:

• Overview of the youth participant registration system
• Building customizable registration forms and workflows
• Collecting demographic, medical and consents information from participants
• Managing participant registrations, rosters, attendance and communications
• Payment processing, waitlist management and Salesforce integration
