ASU launched the Youth Protection Program on Nov. 3, 2025. To support its rollout, the Youth Protection Program Office is hosting biweekly training sessions on various youth safety topics.
It is recommended that ASU Faculty and Staff who work with minors attend these training sessions.
This session will provide an overview of the university’s new youth activity compliance registration system for youth activity managers and staff.
Attendees will learn how to navigate the system and complete the various registration requirements to ensure youth activities are properly registered and staff are fully compliant before their youth activity begins.
Topics covered in this training session include:
- Review registration steps to submit a new youth activity
- Monitor fingerprint compliance via Workday integration
- Access Youth Protection Training course
- Upload required documents
- Understand automated system reminders and notifications
- Report incidents
- Track approval status
