She serves as Assistant Director of Research at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she supports research development, collaboration, and mentoring across disciplines. Originally from Romania, Cristina brings both scholarly expertise and lived experience navigating educational systems across cultures to her work. She is committed to helping students and early-career professionals build meaningful connections and access opportunities for growth.\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBlue Brazelton, Ph.D.\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E is an Associate Professor of Higher Education Leadership at Northern Arizona University, where he teaches and studies leadership, organizational behavior, and the digital dimensions of higher education. With more than 20 years of teaching and mentoring experience across in-person, hybrid, and online settings, Blue explores how meaningful relationships can thrive across distance.
