Leena Bui, a fifth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at ASU, will discuss how to change your sleeping routine to fit your needs.

Bui is a resident therapist at the ASU Clinical Psychology Center. Previously, she was a behavioral health counselor at ASU Health Services, providing initial consultation services as well as brief individual and group therapy. She utilizes evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing, to treat a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety and substance-use concerns.
