There are more types of milks than ever before. Ranging from oat, almond, soy and more. Why is that? Main reason is that there are many misconceptions, myths and even allergens with dairy. Dairy has its place but should be consumed in moderation, not treated with rBST growth hormone and implemented in the diet with a variety of other milks. Come get all your questions answered on dairy and other milk alternatives like soy and almond.
