ASU faculty members Elizabeth Buck, Heather Landes, Albie Micklich, and Michael Kocour present works for classical and jazz musicians, breaking the boundaries between styles and genres. From salsa to classic waltz, you’ll be swayed by the soothing sounds of alto flute, bassoon, flute, piccolo and jazz piano.

 

Tea and refreshments are served in the Crescendo Garden at 9:30 a.m., programs begin at 10:30.

Join us as all six of our ASU choral ensembles come together in song! Choral ensembles include the ASU Concert Choir, Barrett Symphonic Choir, Canticum Bassum, Sol Singers, ASU Gospel Choir and ASU Choral Union. ASU choirs are comprised of ASU students and community members.

This concert will be performed off-campus at the First United Methodist Church of Mesa. 

Parking for this event will be extremely limited. Street parking is encouraged. Additional free parking will be available at the corner of Mesa Dr and Main Street

Goldman Professor of Organ Kimberly Marshall explores the genesis of Bach's composing for the organ with works composed during his time as Court Organist in Weimar.

The Wind Symphony welcomes Erin Cole Steele to the podium to conduct Michelle Fernandez’s award-winning work Of Endless Miles and Empty Rafts while graduate student Grant Knox and the Wind Ensemble collaborate on William Grant Still’s stunning Afro-American Symphony.
