Recipes to Keep Your Gut Healthy

Learn how to improve your digestion system and boost your immune system in this session. The beneficial bacteria that make up the microbiome in our digestive systems thrive on a variety of fiber-rich plants and cultured foods. ASU nutrition graduate students will demonstrate some tasty dishes featuring both pre- and probiotics to help feed a healthy gut.

This class is presented by graduate students in the ASU nutrition program who are training to become registered dietitian nutritionist. Recipe samples will be given during class. Seating is limited. Registration is required.
