Is the existence of a multiverse plausible? Our understanding of quantum mechanics has allowed extremely rapid and unexpected advances in technology, from modern computers to nuclear fission and fusion. Yet when we apply quantum mechanics to the theory of gravity, the combination does, indeed, make the strange and surprising prediction of a cosmic multiverse.
ASU's Urban Climate Research Center (UCRC) invites abstracts for its Annual Poster Event, taking place on Thursday, March 26.
Undergrads, grads and postdocs are invited to present research on urban climate topics with the ASU community. Posters may explore the social and physical dimensions of urban environments, including their interactions with society and infrastructure.

Nathan Clark is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his PhD in Genome Sciences in the lab of Willie Swanson at the University of Washington. The Clark lab conducts evolutionary research at the interface of computational and experimental biology mostly within the themes of adaptive and convergent evolution.
The SOLS Annual Scholarship and Award Ceremony honors undergraduate and faculty accomplishments throughout the 2025-26 academic year.
