The 2nd Annual Downtown Thesis Conference brings together students and faculty from across disciplines and ASU campuses. Thesis projects straddle fields including, education, healthcare, law, journalism, performance, storytelling, and fashion. Student projects range from research papers to documentaries to fully developed training courses and creative works ready to publish. The students presenting have worked together in a year-long cohort directed by Dr. O’Flaherty. The projects each have second readers, all experts in their fields.

On May 23-26, 2024, the Center for Constitutional Design at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU will host the first national student-led Model Constitutional Convention in the United States.

Convening in Phoenix, Arizona, students will propose, debate, and adopt amendments to the United States Constitution in a simulated three-day Convention.
