Many people are interested in following a vegan diet for ethical, environmental or health reasons. When done right, such a diet may result in many health benefits, including weight loss and improved blood sugar control. However, a diet based exclusively on plant foods may, in some cases, increase the risk of nutrient deficiencies. In this presentation, you will learn how to follow a vegan diet the right way.
