Yoga: Gentle Flow - Tempe campus

Strengthen your core through balancing poses, inversions, breath and meditation. These moves fully integrate classical yoga elements that promote a sense of fluidity, power, spaciousness and clarity. A Sun Devil Fitness Complex instructor will be leading the class. Please bring a towel, mat, water and come dressed to participate.
