ASU Choral Union, Chamber Singers and Gospel Choir: Fall Choral Festival I, Music of the Reformation

The Arizona State University Choirs conducted by Eunmi (Mia) Oh, David Schildkret and Jason Thompson, open the fall season with a concert honoring the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, featuring Bach’s Cantata 79, "Gott der Herr ist Sonn’ und Schild” and Cantata 80, "Ein’ feste Burg ist unser Gott," as well as short works by other composers and contemporary Gospel music.

Series:

  • Oct. 18: "Music of the Reformation," with the ASU Choral Union, Chamber Singers and Gospel Choir
  • Oct. 19: "We Sing," with the Arizona Statesmen, Barrett Choir, Concert Choir and Women's Chorus

One free ticket is available for students with valid student ID.
