Cycling offers a low impact, high energy stationary bike workout that’s fun and good for you. Workouts are designed to increase both cardiovascular fitness and strength levels. Get ready to sprint, climb and jump.

Sydni Cook is a senior at Arizona State University's West campus and has been a group fitness instructor for two years. 

Bring a towel, water and come dressed to participate.
