What is D&I?
Dissemination research is the scientific study of the targeted distribution of information and intervention materials to a specific public health or clinical practice audience. The intent is to understand how best to spread and sustain knowledge and the associated evidence-based interventions. Implementation research is the scientific study of the use of strategies to adopt and integrate evidence-based health interventions into clinical and community settings in order to improve patient outcomes and benefit population health.
What is an Affinity Network?
Affinity Networks (ANs) are self-organizing knowledge networks composed of individuals interested in exploring or developing topics, methods and approaches that foster new knowledge, information and approaches that can be disseminated and implemented in the College of Health Solutions, ASU and beyond. These networks focus on methodology, providing a place for faculty and staff to work on concepts, methods and skills.
