Earth Month Learning Series - Dress, Eat and Rest Sustainably by Marianna Milkis-Edwards

Join the ASU Staff Council Sustainability Committee for an engaging and thought-provoking series of talks centered around sustainability topics voted on by fellow ASU faculty and staff. Learn how you can seamlessly incorporate sustainability initiatives into your everyday life.

Just think about it, we spend most, if not all, of our lives wearing clothes, eating food or recharging from it all (hello, Netflix). So, what if we do this more sustainably? In this talk, we will explore conscious shopping and dressing, look at strategies for getting the most of our food without waste or panic and take a fresh look at how our off-duty habits affect the world around us. It’s the little things, and by the end, each of us will have at least three action items to take into our busy and fabulous lives.

This presentation will be available via Zoom. If you can't make the live presentation, don't worry! The webinar will be recorded and posted on the Staff Council Sustainability Committee Website for later viewing.
