Earth Month Learning Series - Environmental Policy in Your Backyard: A Snapshot of Maricopa County by Jacob Hahn

Join the ASU Staff Council Sustainability Committee for an engaging and thought-provoking series of talks centered around sustainability topics voted on by fellow ASU faculty and staff. Learn how you can seamlessly incorporate sustainability initiatives into your everyday life.

Do you know what environmental policies Maricopa County is actively implementing? Don’t worry if you don’t. International agreements and national policies typically dictate the headlines when it comes to the environment. This presentation will seek to change the narrative by objectively informing the attendees of the policies and proposed outcomes at the local level. Come prepared to learn and discuss what’s happening in your backyard when it comes to environmental policy.

This presentation will be available via Zoom. If you can't make the live presentation, don't worry! The webinar will be recorded and posted on the Staff Council Sustainability Committee Website for later viewing.
