The Future of Leadership — Washington, DC

Future of Leadership

The Future of Leadership: Transforming Organizational Culture is a hands-on workshop and panel discussion of organizational leaders who are grappling with how to “operationalize” inclusivity. How do we move beyond the buzzwords? Is there a way to move away from a zero-sum game model, so instead of “your gain is my loss” we find a way to create excellence without exclusivity?

You are invited to join the workshop and hear panelists describe their recommendations for building an organizational culture of inclusivity. We hope to use our collective wisdom to develop meaningful concrete steps — actions that we can all bring back to our own organizations to continue building inclusivity. Everyone is welcome. People who “got through” 2018 and want to do something positive in 2019 are especially encouraged to participate.
