Hands-On Fire Extinguisher Training

All Arizona State University employees must complete their annual fire safety training. ASU employees can either take the online training or attend this in-person session to complete all requirements for annual fire safety training.

Topics covered:

• Evacuation instructions
• Fire classifications
• Fire extinguisher use

Training is led by an Environmental Health and Safety instructor and provides participants an opportunity to ask questions and learn how to use a fire extinguisher.

The cut off for training registration is three days before the event. A minimum of four people is required to have a scheduled training session. You will receive a notification if a class has been canceled.
