Leadership Development

Are you wanting to increase your leadership skills and/or possibly take on more faculty leadership opportunities? Come learn about leadership development and the Japanese Ikegai style of identifying your passions and how or where you want to contribute your skills to larger organizational goals. This workshop is appropriate for all faculty (and staff) of any rank or title.
